After taking a very close look at this recently filed document one has to ask, can John Samuelsen ever be honest and up front with his membership?

• Larry Cary - How much money did his law firm really make from billing Local 100? Can any one add all those numbers up? Why is so much money not itemized? Way to many zero's in there folks.
• Arthur Schwartz -Local 100 Attorney gets to come on board as a Local 100 employee for $103,000 a year. This allows him to get medical and other benefits from Local 100 members as well as an entitlement to the secret Local 100 Pension Plan that was recently revealed to exist on this very website. This LM-2 states the Local 100 Pension Fund is grossly under funded by $2.7 million. Schwartz also gets to bill Local 100 thru his Law firm Schwartz, Lichten Bright PC. A Potential conflict here?
• Tom Lenane - Local 100 E-Board member booted from office by Federal Legal action for not paying his dues and being in office unlawfully, gets a cozy $88,000 a year Union salary. Samuelsen refuses to remove him from Local E-Board and cozy salary. Good ol'boy or what?  Had he been a hispanic treasurer he would have been framed in a heartbeat. Yeah, I went there. Its my opinion Samuelsens actions as President are always racially motivated.
• Benita Johnson-has unexplained credit card purchases listed on the lateste LM-2 (2011). Samuelsen states on April 9, 2012 interview with The Chief Leader,..."he wasn't aware of the details surrounding Mrs. Johnson's loan, which is listed as "reimbursed credit-card charges". I thought he was the Local 100 President, responsible for the actions of his officers? Benita Johnson has been officially out sick for about two months as of this writing (April 9, 2010). How many sick days does she get per year? Does he know that at least? Or is she being paid for a no show job? Earl "Curly" Phillips should be watching payroll a bit better...no? Will someone please call the Manhattan DA's office!
