                         SCAB's

March 2010 John Samuelsen sent a list of names to the Department of Labor, among those names is Billy Taaffee and Kennth Bachoo.  Both were removed from their position as TWU Delegates because the Department of Labor deemed them ineligible to run for the 2009 Delegate Election for failure to pay their dues  in accordance with the constitution.  However, “Useless” Utano and John Samuelsen don’t find it necessary to remove them form their Vice Chairperson positions and are content with “SCABS” sitting a Vice CHAIRPERSON.  On April 4th, 2012 a Structure’s Meeting will be held, Rocco “Don’t Know” and “Useless” Utano are attempting to pack the house with their minions in order to pass a vote to eradicate your right to vote on your delegate representatives.  YOU, the members of the Structure Department must attend the Structure Meeting so your voice may be heard and your right to run or vote for those seats and HAVE ballots mailed to your home.  It is your right as a TWU Local 100 Structure Mtr to choose the representative that will represent you as a Delegate.  IT IS THE DEMOCRATIC WAY!

  1. Charles Ayala wants to be the Local 100 President but he could not even convince a large enough group from his own Structure Department to come out in force and defeat the Samuelsen Stack the Deck group that shot down the special delegate election at their April 4th Structure Division Meeting.

A hungry lost in the woods for a week group of Girl Scouts wouldn't follow you Charles and you think you have what it takes to be the next Local 100 President? You could not even carry a special election in your own division and you think you are going to led 38,000 members? Are you insane? Come to your senses and climb on board the Tommy Creegan Team and let's all slay the beast together. I know you have Tommy's number...make the call before it is too late.
