To all members who contributed to “Members Rebuilding TWU” to retain an attorney to fight the process John Samuelsen and his Administration went about taking member’s money for the Solidarity Fund.  In keeping with transparency (unlike others), we will e-mail those who provided us with an address the summary received by Lloyd Somer (the attorney retained for our cause). This outline will illustrate the steps he took to apply the pressure needed to stop deductions and refund to you most of the money that was taken from you by John 

Samuelsen and his Administration.
