With regard to the move to 1700 Broadway, please adhere to the following directives:

· All questions regarding the move to 1700 Broadway should be directed to Harry Wills; that includes vendor questions, etc. No one should be contacting the property manager at 1700 Broadway directly.

 No one should swipe others into 1700 Broadway with their access card, only individuals who already have an access card should be attempting to access the property.

 Although several memos have gone out instructing staff as to the procedure for obtaining building IDs there still seems to be some confusion. Wilton Watson is facilitating the scheduling of appointments for building IDs. Do not show up to 1700 Broadway for an ID if she did not notify you that you have an appointment. You will be turned away and denied access to the building. Also, only staff who report to the hall on a daily basis and Division Chairs will receive an ID. All others will be afforded access to the 2nd Floor via the security desk
