Sisters and Brothers the proof is now out and I have it. We are being
robbed and lied to by our own elected union leaders.
Each year EVERY Labor Union MUST file with the US Labor Department an
official LM-2 report detailing all union salaries and expenses for
the
year. I have received a copy of this report and would like to share
with you some very interesting facts.
1- President John Samuelsen made $150, 632.00 in 2010 yet still found
the need to ask for and receive an unsecured interest free personal
loan from TWU Local 100 in the amount of $1,297.00.
2- Recording Secretary Benita Johnson made $118,062 in 2010 yet still
found the need to ask for and receive an unsecured interest free
personal loan from TWU Local 100 in the amount of $669.00.
3- TWU Local 100 office secretary Roxanne Rotger made $99,744 in 2010
yet still found the need to ask for and receive an unsecured interest
free personal loan from TWU Local 100 in the amount of $8474.00.
I was completely unaware that TWU Local 100 even issued personal
loans
to its members, especially unsecured interest fee personal loans. If
Roxanne Rotger can get an interest free personal loan from Local 100
how about we all make the same request to Earl Phillips the current
Secretary Treasurer?
Who is Roxanne Rotger? She is John Samuelsen’s private Executive
Secretary.
But there is even more:
On the last page of the LM-2 report all unions must list any monies
spent that are not explained in the body of the report. This same
Roxanne Rotger has a TWU Local 100 American Express card and her
yearend American Express balance was $150,685. John Samuelsen’s
yearend American Express balance was $13,459.
How does John Samuelsen’s private Executive Secretary out spend the
President of our Local by $137,226?
Still even better is why have they refused to provide a complete
breakdown of how every penny of this $150,685 was spent? If it is all
spent legitimately then why have they refused to release the complete
billing statement?
THIS IS YOUR MONEY FOLKS!!! DEMAND ANSWERS THE NEXT TIME YOU SEE
SOMEONE FROM OUR UNION.

John Landers? Isn't that the guy who was thrown out of the annunciators job in RTO because he kept trying tho get his fellow members in trouble? That John Landers?
ReplyDeleteDon Blake? Such a coward to hide behind the comic book real name of the Mighty Thor. Probably a fake photo of you as well. John Landers is my real name and I am a proud Local 100 member and we will rid ourselves of John Samuelsen and company in December of 2012.
