New information concerning Haiti relief funds donated by TWU membership has leaked out of Local 100.

On the heels of alleged wrong doing by President John Samuelsen Executive Secretary, Roxanne Rotger concerning over $8,000

worth of car rental charges, we now hear disturbing new questions about Haiti relief fund.

Local 100 President John Samuelsen made a wire transfer with out a second signature as required by both the Local 100 By-Laws

and TWU of America Constitution, days after removing the former elected Treasurer of Local 100, Israel Rivera on October 25,

2010 in controversial E-Board hearing

President John Samuelsen made a $77,000 wire transfer to a Labor Organization in Haiti (not a charity) on Nov 2, 2010

Local 100 Wire transfers require two signatures as per Local 100 By-Laws, Article III and VI and TWU Constitution Article XVI,

section I and IV. Angel Giboyeaux had been assigned to co-sign checks by the TWU Executive Board and presumably did so

until the appointment of Earl Phillips by the no-vote Local 100 E-Board. Why the Administrative Vice President did not sign the

wire transfer remains a mystery.

Why did John Samuelsen not have a counter signature with 7 Elected Vice-Presidents and 1 Administrative Vice President?

With literally hundreds of recognized charities operating in Haiti , why choose a labor organization and not a charity?

Auditors allegedly not able to corroborate Samuelsens story.

of all catastrophic leadership failures at Local 100 during his Presidency?

John Samuelsen must fully explain his use of thousands of Local 100 monies from petty cash for trips abroad.

Prosecution of his former Executive Secretary is non negotiable. Had she been an Elected TWU Officer she would have been immediately

handed over to authorities, unless there is more to this story of course.

Hypocrisy and deception are the standard in Local 100.
